What I stand for

Core Values

The principles I return to when the work gets complicated. Not aspirational - operational. These are the filters I run every decision through.

01 target

Precision over
polish

A beautiful surface that doesn't solve the right problem is waste. I find the exact point where value breaks down - in the business, the product, or the experience - and fix that. Not the thing adjacent to it.

02 hub

Business, product,
and customer - together

Most problems aren't a design problem or a business problem. They're a misalignment between all three. I hold all three in view simultaneously and only make decisions that work for each of them.

03 trending_up

Revenue is
the real test

Good design generates value. If the work can't be traced to a measurable outcome - retention, conversion, trust, revenue - it hasn't found its purpose yet. I don't stop until that connection is clear.

04 verified

Trust is built
through truth

User truth, product reality, and technical constraint have to be synthesized - not prioritized against each other. Decisions that ignore any one of them create fragility. I build things that hold.

05 explore

Move through
the full system

Brand, content, product, growth - I've moved deliberately through each because every layer shapes the next. Understanding how a business generates or loses value at every level makes the work harder to break.

06 layers

What's emerging
is the next layer

The same gap I've been closing between businesses and humans now exists between humans and AI. I apply the same method to emerging systems - find where the connection breaks, build what closes it.

"The right fix is always precise. If it's not precise, it's not the right fix."

In practice

How these values show up in the work

Adobe

Ran checkout experiments that identified hidden product relationships - the kind of precise language and personalization that drove $1M ARR. Precision, not polish.

Wells Fargo

Built a merchant dashboard from scratch by diagnosing what merchants actually needed to see - business, product, and user needs aligned in a single prioritized interface.

Credit Karma

Designed a personalization framework that unified financial products around user goals - trust through truth, because users got what was actually relevant to their next decision.

Yamaha Music

Reconnected siloed departments to the founding brand mission - moving through the full system to create consistency at every layer of product and brand experience.
